- Champion client satisfaction and represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Proven experience managing multiple high-value client accounts.
- A passion for customer success, relationship management, and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a knack for multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a solution-first mindset.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications—or relevant experience.
