- Build relationships with enterprise buyers and senior decision-makers
- Run strategic discovery, multi-stakeholder demos, and complex pricing negotiations
- Partner closely with founders and product to shape our mid-market go-to-market strategy
- Build and refine our enterprise sales playbook, pipeline management, and deal processes
- Navigate longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement teams
- Help define what world-class mid-market sales looks like at Nowadays
- Proven success closing mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS deals
- Comfort navigating complex organizations and multi-threaded sales processes
- Strong executive presence with the ability to sell at multiple levels
- Excellence in consultative selling and tying solutions to business outcomes
- Strategic yet scrappy—you thrive amid early-stage ambiguity
- Excitement about being early and building the mid-market motion from the ground up
- Experience selling to event, marketing, HR, or operations teams
- Track record with $100K+ deal sizes
- Zero-to-one startup mid-market sales experience
- Strong understanding of procurement and contract negotiations
- Experience working closely with product and engineering on custom solutions
