About the Role
The Production Operations Associate supports the full transcript production lifecycle—from pre-production preparation through post-production delivery. This role is responsible for preparing rough drafts, organizing source data, and ensuring that certified transcripts and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
You’ll work closely with Transcription and Deposition Operations teams to keep production workflows efficient and reliable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-driven work, enjoys managing multiple deliverables, and takes pride in operational excellence.
What You’ll Own
Pre-Production Operations

Prepare rough drafts by organizing and validating source materials for accurate transcription

Edit and prepare audio/video files to support efficient transcription workflows
Perform post-event quality checks to ensure files and data are complete and usable -
Fulfill exhibit requests and ensure exhibits are properly labeled and organized

Generate errata documents as requested and ensure accuracy and completeness
Post-Production Operations

Ensure all required documents are correctly attached prior to delivery

Manage court reporter transcript uploads and validate file accuracy

Handle ad-hoc formatting requests to meet client or legal requirements

Produce condensed transcript copies and supporting materials

Generate certificates and required production documentation

Package exhibits and transcripts for final delivery

Manage delivery timelines to ensure certified transcripts are delivered accurately and on time
Who You Are
-
2+ years of experience in operations, legal support, transcription, or document management
-
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
-
Comfortable working across multiple systems and handling high-volume, deadline-driven work
-
Able to follow established processes while adapting to unique client or case needs
-
Clear communicator who works well across operations, quality, and client-facing teams

Experience with legal transcripts, court reporting workflows, or litigation support is a plus
