About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Capstar Group.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and analysis for management review.
- Perform bank reconciliation, journal entries, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on accounting matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good analytical skills.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
