Senior US Sportsbook Product Manager

This role is a senior product leadership position focused on shaping and delivering a high-performance sportsbook platform for the US market. You will be responsible for defining product vision, driving roadmap execution, and ensuring the continuous evolution of a multi-tenant sportsbook platform serving multiple brands. The position requires deep expertise in US sports betting products, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex product and technical requirements into clear execution plans. You will work closely with engineering, commercial, and operational teams to ensure alignment between business goals and product delivery. Acting as the internal voice of the customer, you will ensure product decisions reflect user needs while maintaining best practices in scalability and performance. Accountabilities:

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for a multi-tenant sportsbook platform serving multiple client brands.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements, backlog prioritization, and delivery plans aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, commercial, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment across stakeholders.
• Act as the internal customer advocate, ensuring user needs and market requirements are reflected in product decisions.
• Oversee continuous improvement of product development processes, delivery efficiency, and platform performance.
• Manage live product issues and coordinate prioritization of fixes in alignment with strategic impact and business needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of roadmap initiatives while maintaining long-term alignment with platform vision and scalability goals.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in iGaming, ideally within B2B or B2C sportsbook environments.
• Deep knowledge of US sports betting markets, platforms, and product ecosystems.
• Proven experience working with sportsbook systems, including core betting features and platform functionality.
• Experience with marketing, promotions, or player account systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to translate complex technical and product concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams.
