Who May ApplyCandidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product operations for margin trading.
• Review/Check/Adjust trading perimeters on our backend portal related to Margin.
• Work with Compliance & Risk teams when there is new adjustment on trading perimeters.
• Participate in the product lifecycle, driving operations and working with product/tech.
• Implement structured workflows and guidelines to improve operational efficiency
• Track and analyze business demands and market trends, and recommend end-to-end solutions and implementation plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with up to 5 years of relevant experience in trading related roles.
• Understand margin product logic with strong risk awareness; candidates with trading experience in financial products (e.g., Margin and Futures) are preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading business.
• Strong critical thinking, communication skills, self-drive, and ability to learn quickly.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
