Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and clinical stakeholders, you’ll help position mobility data as a core signal in preventive health, longevity, and personalized wellness experiences. This role offers the opportunity to influence emerging healthcare technologies while engaging with executive leaders across innovative consumer and enterprise platforms. Ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong technical fluency, the environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and highly strategic. The position is fully remote within the United States and includes meaningful exposure to industry leaders through conferences, partner meetings, and executive engagements.

Accountabilities:

    • Develop and manage a strategic portfolio of partnerships across connected health, AI wellness, wearable technology, and consumer digital platforms.
    • Lead end-to-end partnership execution, including opportunity sourcing, relationship development, negotiation, technical alignment, and contract finalization.
    • Structure and support complex SDK/API integrations, embedded analytics partnerships, licensing agreements, and co-development initiatives.
    • Identify high-value use cases where mobility analytics can enhance digital biomarkers, recovery tracking, longevity solutions, AI coaching, and passive health monitoring.
    • Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, legal, commercial, and clinical teams to ensure successful integration planning and execution.
    • Build trusted executive-level relationships with business development, product, AI/ML, and research stakeholders across partner organizations.
    • Contribute to long-term commercial growth strategies by identifying market opportunities and helping shape partnership expansion initiatives.
    • Travel as needed for conferences, strategic meetings, and onsite collaboration sessions with partners and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

      • 7–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise business development, platform ecosystems, or commercial growth within technology-driven environments.
      • Proven success negotiating and closing complex partnership agreements involving APIs, SDKs, licensing models, OEM relationships, or embedded technologies.
      • Strong understanding of platform integration concepts and the ability to engage effectively with technical and engineering teams.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical or clinical capabilities into compelling business value propositions.
      • Experience managing multi-stakeholder negotiations and building relationships across executive, product, and technical functions.
      • Comfortable operating in fast-evolving environments with long sales cycles, ambiguity, and strategic decision-making responsibilities.
      • Strong commercial acumen combined with hands-on execution capabilities and partnership development expertise.
      • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
      • Experience within healthcare, connected health, digital therapeutics, or wellness technology is considered a plus.

      Benefits:

        • Fully remote opportunity within the United States.
        • High-visibility leadership role with direct influence on strategic growth and market expansion.
        • Opportunity to work at the intersection of connected health, AI, consumer wellness, and emerging healthcare technologies.
        • Exposure to leading technology ecosystems, enterprise partnerships, and innovation-driven collaborations.
        • Collaborative and mission-driven work environment with cross-functional engagement.
        • Travel opportunities to industry events, conferences, and strategic partner meetings.
        • Competitive compensation package and long-term career growth potential.
        • Flexible work environment supporting autonomy and impact-driven leadership.
