This role is focused on driving revenue growth and strategic expansion through a high-impact partner ecosystem within the customer experience and cloud communications space. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling relationships with key channel partners, including technology advisors and distributors, while identifying new partnership opportunities across your territory. Acting as a trusted advisor to partners and an internal advocate for their success, you will help shape joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate pipeline generation and bookings. This position requires a strong mix of relationship management, commercial acumen, and ecosystem expertise in UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI-driven customer engagement solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution across all partner initiatives. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and performance-driven, with strong emphasis on ownership and measurable impact.

Accountabilities:

    • Develop, manage, and grow strategic partner relationships within an assigned territory to drive revenue and long-term business expansion
    • Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners aligned with go-to-market strategies in the UCaaS, CCaaS, and CX ecosystem
    • Build joint business plans with partners, including revenue targets, enablement programs, and growth initiatives
    • Drive consistent partner engagement through QBRs, executive meetings, enablement sessions, and joint sales planning
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Operations to accelerate pipeline and deal execution
    • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting using CRM and analytics tools
    • Analyze partner performance and market trends using dashboards and BI tools to identify growth opportunities
    • Represent the organization at partner events, industry conferences, and customer engagements
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners while advocating internally for partner success and strategic alignment

    Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, or alliance management within UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, or related communications technology
      • Proven success managing and growing strategic partner ecosystems in a fast-paced B2B environment
      • Strong understanding of technology advisor ecosystems, including TSDs, master agents, and channel organizations
      • Existing relationships within the UCaaS/CCaaS partner ecosystem is highly valued
      • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue accountability experience
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
      • Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, operations, and enablement teams
      • Familiarity with Salesforce and BI/reporting tools for performance tracking and analysis
      • Comfort with AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve productivity, communication, and decision-making
      • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% for partner and industry engagement
