This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts within the data center and IT services sector. In this role, you will drive long-term revenue growth by building strong relationships with major technology clients and identifying opportunities for innovative IT asset disposition and lifecycle solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to deliver high-value, customized services tailored to complex client environments. The position offers a highly autonomous and fast-paced environment where strategic thinking, executive communication, and consultative selling are essential. This remote role is particularly well-suited for professionals located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise and hyperscale technology accounts by identifying opportunities for expanded services and long-term partnerships.
- Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, client retention, and multi-year solution expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.
- Analyze client business objectives, operational environments, and infrastructure needs to recommend tailored ITAD and data center solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer priorities to proactively uncover new business opportunities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts within the technology or data center services industry.
- Proven success selling multi-million-dollar, multi-year solutions into large-scale data center environments.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or related technology lifecycle services.
- Previous experience within OEM, VAR, or ITAD environments is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex sales cycles, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard sales/account management tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagement and business development activities.
