This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and large-scale organizational change, supporting high-impact transformation initiatives across complex, matrixed environments. You will contribute to projects aimed at improving performance metrics such as cost efficiency, process optimization, and customer or provider experience. Working as part of multidisciplinary teams, you will help shape future operating models, redesign processes, and define governance structures that enable sustainable business improvements. The role blends deep analytical work with hands-on change management, requiring the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations. You will also engage directly with stakeholders at multiple levels, facilitating workshops, presenting findings, and influencing decision-making. This is a highly visible consulting-style role where your work directly shapes transformation outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will support and lead workstreams within large transformation programs, contributing to analysis, design, and implementation efforts that drive measurable business improvements.
- Lead or support end-to-end workstreams, including data gathering, analysis, hypothesis development, and recommendation design.
- Develop future-state operating models, process improvements, organizational designs, and governance frameworks.
- Build business cases, performance metrics, and financial analyses to support transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to align on priorities and solutions.
- Prepare presentations and deliver insights to managers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, capability building, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, transformation, or similar roles.
- Experience leading projects or managing components of large, complex workstreams.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a structured thinking approach.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly in PowerPoint and written formats.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority across matrixed organizations.
- Experience working in collaborative environments and facilitating workshops or group discussions.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive progress under constraints.
- Healthcare industry experience and/or exposure to Lean Six Sigma or Human-Centered Design is a plus.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML or GenAI is advantageous.
- Competitive salary range: $108,600 – $180,600 annually
