This is a high-impact strategic marketing role focused on shaping how B2B fintech solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted in a competitive global market. You will lead go-to-market strategy development, product messaging, and positioning for complex SaaS offerings within the accounts receivable and payments space. Acting as a key connector between Product, Sales, and Revenue Marketing, you will translate deep market insights into compelling narratives that drive awareness, pipeline growth, and product adoption. The role requires strong ownership of end-to-end GTM execution, from product launches to lifecycle campaigns, ensuring alignment across all customer touchpoints. You will also play a central role in thought leadership, sales enablement, and competitive positioning. This is a senior, cross-functional role with significant influence on product strategy, market perception, and revenue impact.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the development of differentiated product positioning, messaging, and value propositions grounded in customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for major product launches and updates across multiple segments and verticals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities, buyer personas, and competitive landscape to guide marketing and sales strategy.
- Build and drive thought leadership initiatives through content such as webinars, whitepapers, events, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools including pitch decks, battlecards, ROI materials, and solution guides.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Sales to influence roadmap direction and ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Mentor and support junior product marketing team members, contributing to overall team capability and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategies and consistent customer experience.
- 6–9 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, payments, or accounts receivable software.
- Proven success owning and executing full-cycle go-to-market strategies for complex B2B products with measurable business impact.
- Strong ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling messaging for executive, sales, and customer audiences.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize market, customer, and competitive data into strategic insights.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs such as Claude or similar) for research, content development, and strategy support.
- Experience mentoring or developing junior marketers is highly preferred.
- MBA is a plus.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking abilities.
