This role sits at the core of a data-driven product organization, transforming complex customer behavior data into actionable insights that shape digital experiences used by millions of users.
You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to define success metrics, evaluate experiments, and optimize end-to-end web and mobile journeys.
The position plays a key role in connecting analytics to product strategy, ensuring decisions are grounded in evidence across engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
You will build scalable measurement frameworks, develop dashboards, and uncover behavioral trends that directly influence product roadmap priorities.
A strong focus is placed on experimentation, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization across customer journeys.
This is a high-impact analytics role where your insights will directly shape user experience improvements and business performance at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Act as the embedded analytics partner for product teams, supporting web and mobile customer experiences with data-driven insights.
- Define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks aligned with product and business objectives.
- Design, build, and automate dashboards and reporting tools to track product performance and user behavior.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
- Perform cohort, funnel, and behavioral analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer experience improvements.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for product strategy and prioritization.
- Develop deep expertise in customer journeys including browsing, personalization, cart, checkout, and conversion flows.
- Act as a data advisor, promoting analytics best practices and improving data literacy across product teams.
- Support mentoring of junior analysts and contribute to scalable analytics standards and storytelling practices.
- 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or similar roles supporting digital products.
- Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
- Deep understanding of web and mobile analytics concepts including funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation.
- Experience working in agile product environments alongside product, engineering, and design teams.
- Strong ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives that influence decision-making.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and product optimization methodologies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or digital marketplace products is highly preferred.
- Understanding of large-scale data environments, data warehouses, and governance practices is a plus.
- Experience with marketing measurement approaches such as attribution modeling or lift analysis is beneficial.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
