Accountabilities:

    • Perform financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare financial reports, business performance reviews, and operational analyses.
    • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes with a focus on accuracy and predictability.
    • Analyze financial metrics including budgets, headcount, vendor expenses, operational costs, and business performance trends.
    • Develop financial models and ad-hoc analyses to support investment strategies and organizational growth initiatives.
    • Collaborate with accounting and FP&A teams to support quarter-end close activities and improve financial reporting processes.
    • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and data-driven insights for leadership and stakeholder decision-making.
    • Help streamline financial workflows and improve reporting efficiency through process optimization initiatives.
    • Ensure financial objectives related to growth, efficiency, productivity, and profitability are effectively monitored and communicated.

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related finance functions.
      • Prior experience in high-growth technology, software, SaaS, or similar fast-paced industries preferred.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and data analysis.
      • Experience working with FP&A and financial systems such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Coupa, or similar platforms.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with multiple organizational levels.
      • Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
      • Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with PST working hours.
