    • Lead, mentor, and scale a global accounting organization, including multiple direct and indirect reports
    • Drive process improvements to enhance close efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness

    Requirements:

You bring deep technical accounting expertise and proven leadership experience in complex, global, and high-growth environments.

      • 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role
      • Prior experience in public-company accounting or late-stage private-company environments preparing for IPO
      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
      • Strong background in Big 4 or equivalent global audit firm combined with corporate accounting experience preferred
      • Deep US GAAP expertise, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, equity-based compensation, business combinations, and impairment analysis
      • Proven experience leading global accounting and controllership teams at scale
      • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite; familiarity with tools like FloQast preferred
      • Strong track record of building or significantly contributing to internal controls and SOX-like environments
      • Excellent executive communication skills with experience engaging Audit Committees and senior leadership
      • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments

      Benefits:

        • Remote work flexibility within a global, fast-growing technology environment
        • Competitive compensation aligned with senior leadership responsibilities
        • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
        • Retirement savings support and financial wellness programs
        • Paid time off and wellness initiatives, including dedicated wellness Fridays (through 2026)
        • Employee assistance and mental health support programs
        • Opportunity to contribute to IPO readiness and build public-company-grade financial infrastructure
