This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that directly influence pipeline growth and revenue performance within a fast-paced professional services environment. The position blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, operating as a player-coach across campaigns, partnerships, and solution marketing. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and alliance teams to translate go-to-market priorities into measurable outcomes. A strong focus is placed on driving demand generation, strengthening ecosystem alignment, and scaling integrated marketing initiatives. The role also involves leading cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners. It offers a highly visible mandate, directly contributing to enterprise growth and market expansion.
Accountabilities
- Lead marketing strategy execution while managing a team in a player-coach capacity, ensuring strong delivery across campaigns, operations, and partner initiatives
- Own marketing performance metrics including pipeline contribution, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, driving data-informed decision-making
- Oversee budget allocation and resource optimization to maximize marketing efficiency and business impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and enablement teams to ensure aligned go-to-market execution
- Drive joint marketing initiatives with Microsoft and Cognizant including co-sell and ecosystem campaigns
- Translate solutions into clear messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials to support pipeline growth
- Lead demand generation, account-based marketing, and multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified opportunities
- Define and execute event strategies that strengthen partner relationships and generate measurable ROI
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, cloud, or professional services environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in people leadership within matrixed organizations
- Strong track record of executing integrated, revenue-driven marketing campaigns
- Experience working within partner ecosystems such as Microsoft or similar alliances
- Expertise in solution marketing, including messaging, positioning, and enablement
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
