This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of reverse supply chain operations within a fast-paced global technology environment.
You will play a key role in managing returns, repairs, and lifecycle processes for IT networking hardware while helping improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
The position combines analytical problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy working across logistics, IT, and supply chain operations.
You will support critical reverse logistics activities, monitor operational performance, and help streamline repair and remanufacturing workflows.
The role also provides strong exposure to data analysis, vendor coordination, and process improvement initiatives that directly impact business performance.
Working in a collaborative and international setting, you will help ensure seamless operations and high service standards across the reverse supply chain ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

    • Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of returned hardware cases.
    • Analyze returned networking products, identify issues, and collaborate with technical teams to support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
    • Coordinate swap, repair, and return activities for faulty components while maintaining clear tracking through resolution.
    • Work closely with warehouse teams, technicians, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure smooth material movement and operational continuity.
    • Monitor remanufacturing and repair performance, identifying opportunities to improve turnaround times and reduce operational costs.
    • Generate and analyze operational reports and KPIs related to reverse supply chain activities.
    • Provide actionable recommendations and insights to improve execution quality, workflow efficiency, and decision-making processes.
    • Escalate operational risks, delays, or unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, IT support, quality control, engineering, and external service providers to maintain alignment on operational objectives.

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
      • Previous experience in reverse supply chain operations involving IT networking or technology hardware products.
      • Strong understanding of networking infrastructure hardware and associated technologies.
      • Experience managing RMA workflows, repair coordination, or reverse logistics operations.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and identify process improvement opportunities.
      • Familiarity with KPI tracking, reporting tools, and operational performance analysis.
      • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and globally distributed work environment.
