This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to contribute to the successful delivery of mission-critical IT and business transformation projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and coordination of multiple technology initiatives while working closely with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders. The position combines project management, operational coordination, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will help drive project success by ensuring timelines, budgets, resources, and documentation are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Accountabilities

    • Coordinate and support the planning, implementation, and delivery of small to medium-sized IT and business projects.
    • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, timelines, budgets, business cases, risk assessments, and reporting materials.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Facilitate business planning activities, stakeholder meetings, and project coordination sessions.
    • Monitor project progress, resource allocation, deliverables, and project risks while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Assist in identifying business improvement opportunities through analysis of operational requirements and workflows.
    • Coordinate deployment activities and work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
    • Support post-implementation reviews, collect stakeholder feedback, and document recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to positive service delivery experiences.
    • Provide guidance and coordination support to project team members when required.

    Requirements:

      • Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
      • Project Management certification (PMP) completed or in progress is preferred.
      • Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible project coordination or project management experience.
      • Experience managing small to medium-sized IT projects or programs.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
      • Experience preparing professional documentation, reports, and project materials.
      • Familiarity with project management tools and service management platforms such as ServiceNow is considered an asset.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
      • Candidates must reside in the Province of British Columbia to meet role requirements.
