This role sits at the intersection of program leadership, engineering execution, and customer-focused delivery within a highly technical and mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and driving complex cross-functional programs that support critical service delivery capabilities across global teams. The position requires strong leadership in managing technical initiatives that span engineering, service delivery, and business stakeholders. You will help define and implement support models that ensure reliability, security, and performance of advanced communication systems. Operating in a fast-paced and highly collaborative setting, you will engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels. This is a high-impact role where execution excellence, risk management, and structured program design directly influence customer success and operational stability.
Accountabilities:
You will lead the design and execution of complex technical programs that coordinate engineering, service delivery, and business functions, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional engineering programs, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and risk mitigation across multiple teams and geographies
- Design and implement service support and delivery models in collaboration with engineering and operations stakeholders
- Track and drive high-impact initiatives related to architectural and system-level changes
- Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges, ensuring timely resolution and clear escalation paths
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership and external partners
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer and business objectives
- 3+ years of experience leading technical programs or projects in complex engineering environments
- Strong understanding of security, cybersecurity concepts, IP networking, and familiarity with RF technologies
- Experience supporting or delivering government-related programs (U.S. government experience preferred)
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and structured delivery frameworks
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive or non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- U.S. citizenship required with eligibility for or possession of an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $176,500 depending on location and experience
