Accountabilities:
- Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and resource management initiatives to align service delivery capabilities with customer demand and business objectives.
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability by monitoring utilization metrics, optimizing margins, and identifying process improvement opportunities across the services organization.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve professional services workflows, ensuring scalable and standardized operational practices.
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Oversee services pipeline visibility, backlog management, and operational governance processes to ensure proactive planning and effective prioritization.
- Manage billing operations, invoicing accuracy, and issue resolution while identifying and mitigating potential revenue leakage risks.
- Optimize professional services systems and tools, ensuring data integrity, usability, and alignment with operational goals.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, implement sustainable solutions, and support organizational change initiatives that improve customer and employee experiences.
- 8+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations, Business Operations, or similar operational leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of professional services business models, including utilization management, revenue recognition, forecasting, and margin optimization.
- Proven expertise in forecasting, workforce planning, process improvement, and operational scalability within a services environment.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and operational models to support strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across leadership, finance, sales, and delivery teams.
- Experience managing operational systems and tools such as PSA platforms, reporting solutions, or workflow management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive execution independently, and lead change management initiatives successfully.
