    • Mentor engineers and designers through hands-on guidance, reviews, and structured feedback to strengthen capability and quality
    • Contribute to internal standards, documentation, and workflow improvements through structured updates and technical input
    • Collaborate across disciplines and leadership teams to resolve coordination challenges and improve delivery consistency

    Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in wireless/network engineering within complex built-environment or consulting contexts, combined with strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. You are comfortable operating at a senior technical level while also mentoring others and improving systems and standards.

      • 8+ years of experience in engineering, ICT, wireless, or network consulting within AEC or similar professional services environments
      • Strong expertise in wireless systems, network architecture, and ICT design principles in complex project settings

      • Industry certifications such as RCDD, CCNA, PE, EIT, or CDT are considered a strong advantage
      • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
