This role plays a key part in driving financial insight and strategic decision-making for a fast-evolving, partner-led growth organization. You will translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations that shape business performance, investment priorities, and go-to-market strategy. Working closely with senior leaders across Finance, Strategy, Sales, and Operations, you will support planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that directly influence enterprise outcomes. The environment is highly analytical and collaborative, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to communicate insights to executive audiences. You will also help design and evolve KPIs, dashboards, and financial models that guide strategic execution. Accountabilities:

• Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support to leadership, enabling data-driven insights and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain financial models, business cases, ROI analyses, and scenario planning for key initiatives and investments.
• Design and evolve KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards to track business effectiveness and strategic progress.
• Analyze revenue, margin, productivity, and operational performance metrics, translating results into actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to align financial planning with business priorities.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes using key business drivers and assumptions.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations to support strategic decision-making and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, strategy, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience supporting cross-functional or strategic initiatives beyond traditional FP&A responsibilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Experience working with KPI development, performance management frameworks, or executive reporting.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems such as SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence through data-driven storytelling.
• Experience supporting go-to-market, partner, or sales organizations is highly valued.
