This role is a high-impact commercial position focused on driving new business growth and expanding market presence across targeted customer segments. The Key Account Manager acts as a true hunter, actively identifying, engaging, and converting new prospects into long-term clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and onboarding, while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role requires strong strategic thinking to develop and execute growth plans that generate incremental revenue and market share. It is a highly autonomous, field-oriented position that combines relationship building, commercial execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Accountabilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base through proactive outreach and market engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and successful onboarding, ensuring accurate CRM documentation throughout.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at driving incremental volume, revenue growth, and long-term account development.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and new customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and alignment between sales, operations, and service functions.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a motivated, resilient, and solution-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial account management roles.
- Strong “hunter” mindset with demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in competitive or technical markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Technical knowledge of filtration applications or related industrial sectors is considered a strong advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50–60% to support customer engagement and business development activities.
