Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute influencer and creator marketing strategies aligned with broader brand, growth, and customer acquisition objectives.
    • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
    • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including outreach, briefing, negotiations, contracting, budget management, content approvals, and delivery coordination.
    • Collaborate with creators to produce authentic, platform-native content that aligns with target audience interests and engagement trends.
    • Monitor influencer campaign performance using engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI metrics to optimize future initiatives and partnerships.
    • Maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and external partners to support long-term collaboration opportunities.
    • Stay informed on platform trends, creator ecosystem developments, and evolving social media best practices to drive innovative campaign ideas.
    • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, brand, content, and growth teams to ensure campaign consistency and strategic alignment.
    • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards in a fast-moving environment.

    Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing, or digital brand campaigns within consumer-focused or technology-driven organizations.
      • Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
      • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and short-form content performance drivers.
      • Experience negotiating influencer contracts, managing campaign budgets, and overseeing creator relationships end-to-end.
      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams.
      • Analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign performance and translating data into actionable optimization strategies.
      • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and fast-paced deadlines.
      • Creative thinker with a proactive, execution-oriented approach and a passion for digital culture and emerging trends.
