Implementation Consultant

Accountabilities:

• Lead full-cycle software implementation projects, including planning, configuration, deployment, testing, optimization, and post-launch support.
• Analyze client workflows and operational processes to recommend scalable system configurations and best-practice solutions.
• Configure SaaS platforms, workflows, automations, and integrations to align with client business requirements and objectives.
• Manage data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, validation, completeness, and smooth transitions from legacy systems.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful on-time implementations.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee performance and reliability before launch.
• Deliver user training sessions, onboarding programs, and change management support to drive adoption and long-term success.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, and implementation processes while providing ongoing troubleshooting and optimization support.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, implementation consulting, technical project management, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise software deployments, and workflow/process optimization.
• Solid understanding of data migration methodologies, API integrations, system configuration, and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues, and improving client outcomes.
• Experience working with CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks or certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is considered a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams and clients.
