This is a high-impact leadership role for a modern B2B SaaS marketing organization operating in a fast-moving, global environment. The Head of Marketing will own the entire marketing engine, spanning demand generation, product marketing, brand, and digital visibility. You will be responsible for driving enterprise pipeline growth while shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across multiple channels. The role requires a builder mindset, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution in a lean, AI-enabled team. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align on revenue goals and accelerate growth. Accountabilities
Own and lead the full marketing strategy with a primary focus on driving qualified enterprise pipeline through integrated demand generation programs across digital, ABM, events, content, email, and partner channels.
- Develop and execute scalable go-to-market campaigns that improve acquisition, conversion, and pipeline velocity across target accounts.
- Lead product marketing initiatives including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, launch planning, and sales enablement content.
- Define and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive narrative across website, campaigns, and customer communications.
- Drive modern visibility strategies across SEO, social channels, and AI/LLM search optimization to increase discovery and share of voice.
- Build and optimize a high-performing, lean marketing team that leverages automation and AI tools to maximize output and efficiency.
- Own marketing performance analytics, including pipeline attribution, CAC, funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and overall revenue impact reporting.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact through demand generation and integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong product marketing expertise with the ability to craft compelling messaging, translate technical value, and support sales enablement.
- Deep understanding of SEO and emerging AI-driven discovery models (AEO, GEO, LLM optimization).
- Hands-on experience with modern martech stacks, marketing automation platforms, and AI-powered tools for scaling execution.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, distributed, global environments with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

Requirements
8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 3+ years in leadership roles managing marketing teams and driving enterprise-level growth.
