Accountabilities:
- Own and execute the global demand generation strategy with a strong focus on enterprise pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Build and scale integrated marketing campaigns across digital, account-based marketing, content, events, email, partner channels, and social platforms.
- Lead product marketing initiatives including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, product launches, and sales enablement materials.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints, platforms, and communications.
- Develop and implement SEO and AI-driven visibility strategies, including optimization for large language models, AI-powered search, and organic discovery channels.
- Elevate brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging digital channels through creative storytelling and thought leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market initiatives, ideal customer profiles, and pipeline objectives.
- Build, mentor, and optimize a lean, high-performing marketing team leveraging automation, AI tools, and modern martech systems to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Own marketing performance analytics including campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, conversion metrics, pipeline attribution, and brand performance indicators.
- Continuously test, refine, and scale marketing initiatives based on performance insights, market trends, and evolving customer behaviors.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 3 years leading and developing marketing teams.
- Proven track record of generating enterprise-level pipeline growth and measurable revenue impact through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong expertise in product marketing, messaging development, positioning, and translating technical capabilities into compelling business value narratives.
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and emerging AI/LLM search optimization strategies including GEO and AEO methodologies.
- Experience building and scaling integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and audience segments.
- Strong understanding of modern martech ecosystems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered marketing workflows.
- Creative, agile, and data-driven mindset with the ability to launch initiatives quickly, iterate effectively, and scale successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with experience partnering closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating within global, distributed, and fast-paced remote environments across multiple time zones.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a hands-on leadership approach.
