Growth Software Engineer

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, data, and growth to help scale digital healthcare solutions used by professionals across multiple international markets. You’ll contribute to building seamless product-led growth experiences, improving activation journeys, and enabling data-driven experimentation across the platform ecosystem. Working in a remote-first and highly collaborative environment, you will partner closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data to drive user adoption and business impact through technical innovation. Accountabilities:

• Design and implement product-led growth experiences including onboarding flows, activation journeys, in-product prompts, feature discovery systems, and contextual upsell experiences.
• Build and maintain experimentation infrastructure that enables rapid testing, reliable measurement, and continuous optimization across product and marketing surfaces.
• Develop and improve event tracking systems, analytics integrations, and data pipelines to ensure accurate growth reporting and visibility into key conversion metrics.
• Manage integrations between product platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and internal business applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to create behavior-driven user journeys powered by accurate product usage data.
• Monitor and improve digital performance, conversion tracking quality, operational reliability, and user experience across growth-related systems.
• Support engineering governance, deployment discipline, technical documentation, and compliance with GDPR and internal data management standards.
• Continuously experiment with AI and automation tools to improve engineering velocity, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that connect technical execution with growth and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a fast-growing SaaS, technology, or digital product environment.
• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, along with Laravel (PHP) and Python.
• Solid understanding of event tracking systems, analytics implementations, and data integration architectures.
• Knowledge of growth funnels, product activation, onboarding, retention, expansion strategies, and product-led growth methodologies.
• Experience working with product analytics, attribution systems, Google Tag Manager, and user behavior tracking frameworks.
• Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to rapidly ship, test, measure, and iterate on product and marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflows, automation tools, and modern engineering productivity practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Data, and Go-To-Market teams.
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability within remote-first and distributed work environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance scalability, speed, and business impact.
