This role is focused on driving operational excellence and process transformation across a manufacturing environment, acting as a key link between business needs and scalable, efficient workflows. You will play a central role in analyzing, designing, and improving end-to-end business processes spanning quotation, production, delivery, and warranty. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape digital and operational improvements that enhance productivity, data accuracy, and user experience. The position requires a strong blend of process thinking, project leadership, and hands-on problem solving in a complex industrial setting. You will also contribute to SAP and ERP optimization efforts while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across factory and hub operations. This is a highly collaborative role where your work directly influences operational efficiency, digital transformation, and long-term business performance.
Accountabilities:
- Map, analyze, and optimize current and future-state business processes across the full manufacturing value chain, from quotation to warranty.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations and hub-level functions to enhance efficiency and standardization.
- Drive and support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution, alignment with business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate system updates to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Gather, prioritize, and document business requirements while proposing scalable process and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement sustainable, long-term process solutions.
- Support ERP system maintenance activities, with a focus on SAP optimization, data integrity, and user support.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and user documentation to ensure process consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or business process management (or 10+ years of equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in process improvement, value stream mapping, and end-to-end operational optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence teams, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10–20%).
- Ability to translate complex operational needs into structured, actionable process improvements.
