This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and scaling the operational backbone of a fast-growing, two-sided marketplace in the animal healthcare space. The position plays a critical part in ensuring revenue predictability, strong data integrity, and efficient go-to-market execution across supply and demand teams. You will partner closely with executive leadership, including revenue, finance, and data teams, to translate strategy into scalable operational systems. The role owns key levers such as forecasting, sales compensation, CRM architecture, and performance analytics. It also involves building and leading a high-performing Sales Operations team that drives consistency, accountability, and operational excellence. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on how growth is planned, measured, and achieved across the organization.

Accountabilities

This role is responsible for defining and executing the Sales Operations strategy that supports scalable revenue growth and marketplace efficiency, ensuring alignment across all go-to-market functions.

    • Lead Sales Operations strategy, including CRM architecture (HubSpot), automation, workflow optimization, and operational roadmap design aligned with company growth goals.
    • Own forecasting processes (bottom-up, top-down, and pipeline-based) and develop dashboards that improve visibility into revenue performance and pipeline health.
    • Design and manage sales compensation frameworks, quota setting, territory design, and incentive structures in collaboration with Finance and People teams.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Growth, Finance, and Data teams to ensure accurate reporting, lead management, and funnel optimization.
    • Oversee operational excellence initiatives, including data integrity, pipeline hygiene, reporting standards, and process standardization across teams.
    • Lead, mentor, and scale the Sales Operations team while establishing clear KPIs, cadences, and performance accountability systems.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve tools, systems, and automation to support scalable revenue operations and improved decision-making.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Revenue or Sales Operations leadership within fast-paced, data-driven environments such as SaaS or marketplace businesses, with a strong track record of building scalable systems.

      • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
      • Strong background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth startup environments with complex GTM models.
      • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including automation, reporting, lifecycle design, and governance.
      • Proven experience in forecasting, pipeline management, quota design, and compensation planning.
      • Strong analytical skills with advanced capability in data interpretation, dashboards, and spreadsheet modeling.
      • Experience collaborating closely with Finance and Data teams on reporting infrastructure, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity.
      • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
      • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments while driving clarity, structure, and execution.
