Accountabilities
Define and lead the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of one or more digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on value, feasibility, and user impact.
- Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch digital products using agile methodologies.
- Manage and groom product backlogs, write user stories, and ensure effective prioritization and delivery execution.
- Define product success metrics, monitor performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Communicate product strategy, updates, and performance insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Gather and integrate customer feedback to continuously improve product functionality and user experience.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, UX/UI principles, and human-centered design methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data/analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders and influencing product direction.
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and drive execution in complex environments.
- Experience in digital platforms such as cloud, identity management, infrastructure, or data-driven systems is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $193,725 depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally in agile environments with exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
