    • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, program management, and business development teams to align contract strategy and execution
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies and contracting officials throughout the contract lifecycle

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field
      • 5+ years of experience in federal contract management, preferably with DoD or civilian government agencies
      • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other federal acquisition regulations
      • Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, teaming agreements, and complex government contract terms

      • Experience supporting proposal development, including cost and pricing activities
      • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to engage government officials and internal stakeholders effectively
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to produce executive-level briefings and contract documentation
      • Experience managing contract modifications, performance tracking, and lifecycle administration activities
      • Familiarity with GSA schedule contracts, CPARS reporting, and government audit processes preferred
      • Professional certification such as NCMA CPCM, CFCM, or equivalent is highly desirable
      • Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance if applicable

        • Competitive salary with comprehensive compensation package
        • Fully remote work flexibility with occasional travel as needed
        • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
        • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements
        • Retirement savings plan options
