Consultor SAP PP Sênior

This is a senior functional SAP role focused on end-to-end manufacturing processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will play a key part in designing and delivering “Plan to Manufacture” solutions that optimize production planning, shop floor execution, and cross-module integration. Working in a global and collaborative environment, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable SAP solutions. The role combines deep functional expertise with strong analytical thinking and hands-on project delivery. You will contribute directly to improving manufacturing efficiency and operational excellence across integrated supply chain processes. Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead and support SAP manufacturing initiatives across the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business needs:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plan to Manufacture processes in S/4HANA environments.
• Support production planning activities including MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor execution processes.
• Configure and optimize manufacturing-related functions such as work center management and routing processes.
• Ensure seamless integration with MM and SD modules, enabling end-to-end supply chain alignment.
• Participate in functional testing, UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications and solutions.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure knowledge continuity and governance.

Requirements

This role requires a highly experienced SAP professional with strong functional expertise in manufacturing processes and S/4HANA environments. You should bring both technical depth and strong stakeholder communication skills:

• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong senior-level expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in SAP manufacturing processes, particularly Plan to Manufacture implementations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.
• Solid understanding of SAP integration points with MM and SD modules.
• Experience working in end-to-end project environments with strong delivery focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex business scenarios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in global, multicultural environments.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• SAP certification in Manufacturing or S/4HANA is a plus.
