Accountabilities:

• Collect, organize, process, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Support the development of descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to guide strategic business decisions.
• Design, build, train, validate, and deploy computer vision and deep learning models for industrial applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to understand operational challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
• Participate in discussions with multidisciplinary teams to define data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop scalable and reliable data science workflows using Python and machine learning best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving artificial intelligence and industrial digital transformation.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Support documentation, testing, and deployment processes for machine learning and computer vision solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of computer vision concepts and deep learning methodologies.
• Strong experience with Python, including familiarity with coding standards and major machine learning and computer vision libraries.
• Proven experience participating in previous projects involving the development and deployment of computer vision models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with both technical and business teams.
• Experience working in collaborative and agile environments.
• Nice to have: experience with Databricks and Git.
• Nice to have: knowledge of MLflow and OpenShift AI.
• Nice to have: experience with YOLO, PyTorch, and ONNX frameworks and tools.
