In this role, you will help drive operational excellence by improving business processes and optimizing enterprise applications that support key business functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and implement scalable technology solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on project execution, offering exposure to process design, system implementations, and vendor collaboration. You will also play an important role in supporting end users through training, testing, and ongoing process improvements. Accountabilities:
- Analyze business needs and align application capabilities with operational and strategic objectives.
- Design and document workflows, process maps, and future-state business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define and implement lifecycle processes that support organizational goals.
- Develop and support automation initiatives using RPA tools such as Blue Prism and Nintex Foxtrot.
- Lead or support application-related projects including implementations, upgrades, testing, system conversions, and user training.
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to maintain stable, secure, and scalable application environments.
- Ensure adherence to information security standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and participate in user groups to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend new technologies or process enhancements that can improve operational performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT, banking operations, business process analysis, or a related environment.
- Experience working with banking core systems and supporting system implementations or upgrades.
- Understanding of deposit operations, loan processes, and general ledger accounting procedures.
- Familiarity with robotic process automation tools and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience designing business processes, creating training and testing plans, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and adapt to evolving priorities.
- DocuSign administration experience is considered a plus.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background and credit check.
