This role focuses on driving commercial growth and technical adoption of advanced building protection solutions across the construction and infrastructure sectors. You will act as a key link between innovative product offerings and real-world construction applications, working closely with contractors, architects, consultants, and channel partners. The position combines strategic sales execution with technical consulting, ensuring products are properly specified and integrated into building projects. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a structured sales pipeline, and expanding market presence across assigned territories. This is a field-oriented, high-impact role requiring strong industry knowledge and the ability to influence technical decision-makers. You will also contribute to training, code compliance discussions, and solution design support for customers.
Accountabilities:
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets within the designated territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, contractors, architects, and end-users to support business growth initiatives.
- Identify new market opportunities and build a strong pipeline of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical guidance on product application, specification, and code-compliant building protection solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for customers, engineers, applicators, and regulatory stakeholders on product usage and benefits.
- Support construction projects by ensuring proper product specification and alignment with project requirements.
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support regional and global business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to recommend product testing, certification needs, and solution improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business, or a related technical field.
- 8–10 years of experience in construction, building materials, infrastructure, or technical sales environments.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, jobsite operations, and building industry standards.
- Knowledge of local building codes, compliance requirements, and technical certification processes.
- Proven experience in business development, sales pipeline management, and territory growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to deliver technical training and translate complex solutions into clear customer value.
- Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
