Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including care plans, patient profiles, health timelines, assessments, and care team modules.
• Translate business and healthcare requirements into scalable, secure, and well-architected Salesforce technical solutions.
• Develop high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices.
• Define and implement solution architecture aligned with Health Cloud capabilities, integration needs, and enterprise design standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, support solution design, and ensure alignment with functional and non-functional needs.
• Lead or support UAT, production deployments, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering practices, code quality, and delivery standards.

Requirements:

• 4.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution design, with strong exposure to Health Cloud implementations preferred.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform configuration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features and healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations.
• Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions, following Salesforce best practices.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and delivering production-grade solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and guide team members in a collaborative environment.
