This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, client strategy, and healthcare marketing impact, where data is transformed into actionable business insights that shape high-value decisions. You will lead the analysis of complex datasets, including healthcare provider behavior and campaign performance, to uncover trends that directly influence marketing strategy and client outcomes. Working closely with sales and client-facing teams, you will translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse stakeholders. The position requires a strong ability to bridge analytics and business, ensuring insights drive measurable ROI and client satisfaction. Operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will contribute to improving how healthcare organizations engage medical professionals. Your work will directly support data-informed growth strategies and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the analysis of large-scale healthcare and marketing datasets to generate actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making and client engagement.
- Partner with sales and client teams to support renewals, identify growth opportunities, and deliver compelling data-driven presentations.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, translating results into clear ROI narratives and optimization recommendations.
- Analyze behavioral and engagement patterns of healthcare professionals to inform targeting and marketing strategies.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving analytics workflows, methodologies, and reporting efficiency.
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or data-driven marketing environments.
- Strong expertise in HCP-focused digital marketing campaigns, preferably for pharmaceutical or healthcare brands.
- Deep understanding of Prescription Rx and Medical Claims Dx data.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced analytical, statistical, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to manipulate large datasets.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Test vs Control or Marketing Mix Modeling is a plus.
- Experience working with AI-driven analytics tools or insights generation is a strong advantage.
