This role sits at the intersection of MedTech innovation and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) market expansion, focused on advancing electrophysiology solutions in a rapidly evolving care environment. The Associate Director will shape and execute strategic market development initiatives that expand access to advanced cardiac care technologies across ASC networks. This position plays a critical role in building high-impact relationships with key stakeholders such as MSOs, IDNs, GPOs, and physician-owned ASC groups. Working cross-functionally with commercial, clinical, and strategy teams, the role drives adoption of advanced mapping and EP solutions while supporting long-term account growth. It requires a strong blend of market insight, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. The environment is fast-paced, matrixed, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on innovation, outcomes, and patient access.

Accountabilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of ASC-focused market development strategies aligned with broader national growth objectives, identifying key opportunities for expansion and penetration within electrophysiology and procedural care settings.
    • Build and manage strategic relationships with ASC stakeholders including MSOs, IDNs, GPOs, physician-led organizations, and emerging ASC ownership groups to drive long-term partnership value.
    • Support commercial execution by collaborating with field sales and cross-functional teams to enable capital placement, account onboarding, utilization growth, and procedural adoption of advanced EP technologies.
    • Analyze market dynamics, reimbursement trends, competitive positioning, and ASC ecosystem evolution to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
    • Contribute to national ASC initiatives by providing field insights, participating in industry engagements, and aligning execution across marketing, contracting, access, and education teams.
    • Drive executive-level engagement with healthcare leaders to position the organization as a strategic partner in ASC development and innovation.

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA or MHA preferred, with 7+ years of experience in MedTech, healthcare strategy, market development, or sales leadership roles.
      • Strong experience working within ASC environments, IDNs, GPOs, MSOs, or other complex healthcare systems, with proven success influencing multi-stakeholder decision-making.
      • Solid understanding of cardiovascular or electrophysiology markets, procedural care models, and healthcare reimbursement or contracting frameworks.
      • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, including capital equipment placements and market expansion programs.
      • Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, and executive presence, with experience working in matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
      • Ability to travel approximately 50% and engage directly with customers and field teams in a dynamic, field-oriented role.
      • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in evolving market conditions.

      Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary range: $122,000 – $212,750 annually.
        • Eligibility for annual performance-based bonus and long-term incentive programs.
        • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits.
        • Retirement savings options including 401(k) and potential pension participation.
        • Generous paid time off, including vacation (up to 120 hours), sick leave, holidays, and additional personal/family time.
        • Additional leave programs such as parental, caregiver, bereavement, volunteer, and military spouse leave (eligibility-based).
        • Inclusive, flexible work environment supporting remote work within the United States and career development opportunities.
