This is an outstanding opportunity for a data-driven technology leader passionate about analytics engineering, product data modeling, and scalable data architectures. In this role, you will lead the technical evolution of analytical data pipelines and centralized metrics that empower strategic product decisions and experimentation initiatives. You will work in a collaborative and agile environment alongside product managers, software engineers, analysts, and data scientists to strengthen a strong data culture across the organization. The position combines hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic thinking, making it ideal for professionals who thrive on innovation, scalability, and measurable impact. Fully remote work is available, offering flexibility while contributing to high-impact digital products and advanced data initiatives.

Accountabilities:

    • Lead the architecture and development of analytical data models focused on product metrics and customer journey analysis.
    • Act as the technical reference for the Analytics Engineering team, promoting best practices for data quality, version control, and documentation.
    • Design, review, and optimize analytical pipelines using SQL, dbt, and related tools within the data stack.
    • Ensure governance, reliability, and consistency of data used in dashboards, experimentation initiatives, and product analyses.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads to define KPIs, identify business opportunities, support strategic decisions, and measure product impact.
    • Mentor and support the technical growth of team members, fostering excellence in analytics engineering and product-oriented data practices.
    • Drive innovation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness.
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of centralized and trusted metrics frameworks (“source of truth”) across the organization.
    • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and impact-oriented team environment.

    Requirements:

      • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
      • Strong experience with data modeling, data marts, and scalable analytical pipeline development.
      • Advanced SQL expertise for transforming and managing large-scale datasets.
      • Proven experience with dbt and code versioning tools such as Git and GitHub.
      • Practical knowledge of Python for data extraction and orchestration workflows.
      • Experience leading technical data squads within product-focused environments.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
      • Familiarity with BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
      • Nice to have: experience in fintech, payments, or financial services industries.
      • Nice to have: experience with Databricks or cloud-based data platforms.
      • Nice to have: exposure to machine learning projects applied to digital products.
      • Nice to have: knowledge of modern product data architectures such as data mesh, event-driven systems, or CDC.
      • Nice to have: experience with statistical testing, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing methodologies.
