This role is ideal for a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with relationship management in a collaborative consulting environment. Accountabilities

In this role, you will deliver technical support and consulting services across client environments while ensuring a high standard of customer experience and operational reliability. You will act as a trusted technical resource, balancing support delivery, technical implementations, and relationship management responsibilities.

    • Provide Tier I and Tier II IT support services across diverse client environments, both remotely and onsite.
    • Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions, including security and productivity tools.
    • Support and administer Microsoft Azure cloud environments and Windows Server infrastructure.
    • Troubleshoot networking, server, endpoint, and virtualization issues while ensuring timely issue resolution.
    • Manage and prioritize support requests using ticketing and documentation systems.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service delivery.
    • Participate in after-hours support rotations and assist with time-sensitive technical requests or project work.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and support procedures.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver tailored technical solutions.

    Requirements

    This role requires a blend of technical support expertise, customer service skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within a consulting-focused IT environment.

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT consulting, technical support, or customer service-oriented environments.
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including tools such as Entra, Intune, Defender, and SharePoint.
      • Experience supporting Microsoft Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization infrastructure.
      • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting methodologies.
      • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
      • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in professional client-facing settings.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
      • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through certifications and training.
      • Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, or MD-102 are considered assets (or willingness to obtain them).
      • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
