AI Engineer

You will work alongside senior engineers and architects to build intelligent, scalable, and secure AI-driven applications that solve real business problems. You will support the implementation of AI workflows, data pipelines, and integrations while gaining depth in enterprise AI engineering practices. Accountabilities

In this role, you will support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions built on Microsoft Azure, working closely with senior engineers to deliver scalable enterprise applications. You will contribute to AI system components, data workflows, and integrations while learning best practices in secure and responsible AI development.

• Assist in building and deploying AI-driven applications using Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Support configuration, testing, and optimization of intelligent agents within cloud-based environments.
• Contribute to the development of data ingestion, transformation, and validation pipelines for AI workloads.
• Participate in the integration of AI models into enterprise systems using APIs, SDKs, and web services.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on AI architecture design, implementation, and system improvements.
• Explore and apply generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques in practical use cases.
• Document technical processes, solution designs, and development workflows to support team alignment and scalability.

Requirements

This position requires foundational experience in AI engineering or software development, with strong exposure to Microsoft Azure and an interest in building production-ready AI systems. You should be comfortable working in collaborative environments and eager to deepen your expertise in modern AI technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience building or deploying AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, Speech, Vision, and Foundry.
• Proficiency in Python and/or .NET for AI and application development.
• Experience integrating AI models into enterprise applications using REST APIs and SDKs.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of agent-based systems and protocols such as MCP or A2A is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• A growth mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn in fast-paced environments.
