Advanced Deployment Technical Consultant

Accountabilities:

• Deliver assigned technical tasks across the lifecycle of customer deployment and implementation projects
• Support installation, configuration, testing, and optimization of systems, applications, firmware, and related technologies
• Collaborate with technical leads and customer representatives to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to solution design activities and assist in developing technical architectures aligned with client requirements
• Participate in technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings as needed
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist in resolving product or deployment-related challenges
• Maintain project documentation, implementation records, and technical knowledge resources
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing forums and support continuous improvement initiatives across technical teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, systems deployment, infrastructure support, or related technology environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, systems implementation, and deployment methodologies
• Ability to independently manage technical tasks within established project frameworks
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, or infrastructure environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders
• Familiarity with documentation practices, technical presentations, and implementation planning
• U.S. Citizenship required for this position
