Research Engineer
Requirements:

• Deep understanding of reinforcement learning, deep learning, the inner workings of large language models and transformer architectures.
• Ability to build and improve large-scale systems for reinforcement learning and deep learning, spanning both training and inference.
• Strong systems engineering skills for large model workloads, including performance, reliability, and the practical constraints of memory, bandwidth, batching, cache behavior, parallelism, and numerical precision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced AI concepts such as test-time computation, active inference, or system 2 reasoning.
• Experience working on the ARC challenge or closely related problems.
• Familiarity with tooling and infrastructure such as Slime, vLLM, Verl, Slurm, and NVFP4. Our cluster includes DGX B200 and NVL GB300 systems.
