We are looking for an AI Engineer with experience developing AI Agents, building AI-Powered services, integrating LLMs, and delivering high-quality backend infrastructure in NodeJS/Python.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered services, including LLM integrations, AI agents, and LangChain pipelines, to support Cymbio’s marketplace automation platform.
• Develop backend services in Node.js, Python & Spark, integrating AI workflows with APIs, databases, and serverless environments.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end AI service lifecycle — from development and deployment to monitoring and retraining.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through adherence to best practices, regular code reviews, and the use of automated testing frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and infrastructure teams to embed AI capabilities seamlessly into production systems.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing AI/ML and engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience developing AI agents, AI services, and LLM integrations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js / Python (5+ years).
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL & AWS
• Experience with queuing mechanisms, caching, and Docker.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and building multi-step AI workflows.
• Background in large-scale, production-ready backend systems.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and testing principles.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).

• Prior team-leader experience.
