Accountabilities:

As an AI Security Specialist, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of secure managed services offerings, ensuring solutions meet both business and technical requirements:

• Design multi-year, AI-driven security service solutions tailored to enterprise client needs
• Collaborate with clients, sales, and delivery teams to map requirements and co-create value-added solutions
• Integrate AI and security technologies across cloud, network, endpoint, and IAM environments
• Develop, test, and validate new service features, delivery models, and security frameworks
• Support sales teams in presenting architecture solutions and demonstrating business impact
• Ensure alignment between service design, commercial models, and client expectations
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to drive requirement gathering and solution adoption
• Mentor and coach team members on emerging security and AI trends, best practices, and innovative approaches
• Manage vendor interactions and ensure accurate tracking of service costs and performance metrics

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings a combination of advanced technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills:

• Advanced proficiency in AI security, including network, cloud, endpoint, IAM, and data protection
• Solid understanding of managed services delivery models (cloud, global, distributed)
• Experience designing secure enterprise solutions for multinational clients
• Strong analytical skills to assess, interpret, and act on security and operational data
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience conducting workshops and presentations for clients and internal teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI and cybersecurity trends and integration strategies
