As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll tackle complex technical challenges, collaborate with creatives, and turn ideas into fully functional, user-friendly products. You’ll own your work from start to finish, balancing both the big picture and the fine details, while pushing the limits of what’s possible. What You’ll Do
Develop Cutting-Edge Web and Mobile Applications
You’ll work across both web and mobile platforms to create dynamic, well-designed applications. Whether it’s a full-site build or optimizing a single page, your focus will be on creating seamless user experiences from the front-end to the back-end.
Collaborate and Lead Projects
You’ll take the lead on projects, working directly with creatives and account executives to solve technical problems and bring client objectives to life. Your input will be crucial in helping to define technical solutions and scoping project requirements.
Push the Boundaries of Innovation
You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest web and mobile software development trends, ensuring that your solutions are efficient, stable, and aligned with best practices. While you’re innovative, you also know when to apply tried-and-true technologies to get things done.
Own Your Work
You take pride in your code and in the work you deliver. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards, solving complex problems, and debugging others’ code with a keen eye for detail. This is a hands-on position where you’ll play a key role in shaping the quality of the agency’s projects.
What You Bring
Experience and Expertise
You bring 6+ years of programming experience, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in web and mobile development. You’re proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and have worked extensively with CMS platforms like WordPress.
Full Stack Skills
You’re comfortable working across both the front-end and back-end, and you have a strong understanding of MVC/MVVM design patterns, RESTful web services, and object-oriented PHP programming.
App Development
You’ve built and deployed mobile applications for iOS and Android devices. You’re also comfortable debugging and improving other people’s mobile code.
Problem Solving and Communication
You have exceptional problem-solving skills and can communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’re also comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
Attention to Detail
You have a solid foundation in design fundamentals—typography, color, and layout—and take pride in the visual and functional quality of your work.
Mentorship and Leadership
You're a proactive and enthusiastic team member, always ready to collaborate and share your knowledge with others. You’ll mentor other developers and contribute to the growth of the department.
