  • Facilitate driver training programs, including New Hire, Refresher, Cross-Skill, and Upskill sessions.
  • Deliver training for head office employees, covering New Hire Orientation, cultural onboarding, and skills development workshops.
  • Design and update training materials to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Maintain and analyze training reports to track participation, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the Lotus LMS: oversee user enrollment, manage access rights, and generate data-driven reports.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the Training Manager to enhance training strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve training delivery and learner experience.
  • Facilitate post-training surveys to measure trainee satisfaction and gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through focus group discussions, surveys, and performance data to keep content relevant and impactful.
  • Develop bite-sized learning materials and microlearning content to reinforce key concepts post-training.
  • Monitor employee performance through 30-60-90 day post-training reviews, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted solutions.
  • Send end-of-day training reports and endorsements to HR, Recruitment, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and timely follow-up.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 23 years of experience delivering training to both frontline and office teams
  • Skilled in designing training materials (slides, guides, microlearning, etc.)
  • Familiar with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Lotus LMS)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Good at working with HR, Operations, and other teams
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to submit daily reports
  • Flexible and proactive in finding solutions to training needs
  • Willing to travel as needed
