About the role

As an E-commerce Team Leader, you will own the daily performance of our online store and lead the people who make it grow. You will coordinate day-to-day sales operations, guide a cross-functional e-commerce team, and turn data into clear actions that improve revenue and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily online sales operations and ensuring smooth execution across the store
• Leading and supporting the e-commerce team (digital marketers, content creators)
• Implementing growth strategies to increase sales, conversion rate, and average order value
• Monitoring performance and running regular data analysis (sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS)
• Coordinating performance marketing efforts (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads) and aligning them with business goals
• Working closely with other teams (customer service, merchandising, product, operations) to keep priorities aligned

Requirements

• English level minimum B2
• Experience in e-commerce (experience in furniture or home and living brands is a strong plus)
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
• Knowledge of performance marketing, especially PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Meticulousness, attention to detail, and strong work organization
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently
