Accountabilities:

    • Lead, supervise, and support a regional sales team to achieve and exceed defined sales and revenue targets.
    • Develop and implement business strategies for existing and prospective healthcare accounts.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, clinical partners, and decision-makers.

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, medtech, or life sciences.
      • Proven experience managing or supervising sales teams with direct reports and performance accountability.
      • Strong background in regional sales operations, account management, or business development.
      • Excellent leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
      • Strong understanding of healthcare or medical technology markets.
      • Ability to analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and implement data-driven sales strategies.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Strong organizational and planning abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
