Senior Web3 Frontend Engineer Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Web3 Frontend Engineer (Lead) who enjoys building great interfaces, leading others, and helping customers succeed. Tasks What you’ll do Lead frontend architecture for complex Web3 applications (dashboards, protocol UIs, admin panels) Build interfaces for the next generation of financial applications - lending, trading, staking, RWAs, bridging, stablecoins Own frontend delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation, performance, and quality Mentor and support other frontend engineers, review code, and set best practices Work closely with founders, smart contract and backend engineers to turn deep tech into usable products Align directly with customers on scope, timelines, and delivery expectations Act as a reliable technical partner who helps teams move faster and avoid pitfalls

Requirements

What we’re looking for 3+ years of frontend engineering experience Strong expertise in React / Next.js / TypeScript Hands-on Web3 experience (wallets, signing flows, contract interactions) Solid UX intuition for financial and DeFi products Experience leading frontend work, mentoring engineers, and owning delivery Familiarity with data-heavy UIs (indexers, subgraphs, real-time data) A builder mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers, viem) Previous work experience with user-friendly high-converting DeFi products
